I started this blog 8 years ago. Back then, life was chaotic, with two young toddlers and a marriage that was in need of rebooting. So I started Reboot This Marriage as a way of blowing off steam and having some fun. Along the way, things got real. My mom passed away after a brief illness (leading me to write The Secret Life of Grief: A Memoir) and you wrote in to let me know you were navigating your own troubled waters.
Resentment was the number one issue folks were dealing with, so I wrote 9 Steps to Heal Your Resentment and Reboot Your Marriage to help us all navigate this wild and wooly thing called marriage.
Eight years later, so much has changed (as you can see, our kids are now preteens). As many of you know, I haven’t been blogging regularly here for quite some time. I’ve been spending the bulk of my time growing my writing and editing business, which has been my main work for the past 20 years. That’s part of why I haven’t been blogging regularly. The other reason is because Ken and I turned the corner and are in a much more solid place these days. Life’s a windy road, as we all know, and I hope you and your loved ones are in a better place as well.
For those of you interested in writing your story, I’d love to invite you to come follow me at TanjaPajevic.com. I share all sorts of writing tips on there, because I truly believe the world needs our stories now more than ever. If you’re itching to get started, you can download my free report, “How to Write Your Book in 10 Simple Steps” here.
If you’d like to revisit any of the old Reboot This Marriage blog posts, they’ll remain available through the end of April, 2019. And of course, the book you all helped me write, 9 Steps to Heal Your Resentment and Reboot Your Marriage, will remain available on Amazon indefinitely.
Thank you for having traveled this journey with me! I’ve met so many wonderful folks through this blog and for that I’m ever grateful.
